Shane Hastings - Session 2

Shane came and worked on a couple new songs, French Roast (keeping with the coffee theme) and Piano 2 (breaking from the coffee theme). Once again it was nice working with Shane who has a very good idea of how his songs go together, and very prepared to lay down solid clean takes.

Piano 2 has a very delicate piano part that Shane put down using a cheapo Yamaha Keyboard that someone loaned me (indefinitely), but it sounds pretty nice. Made me wish I had a live room with a kick ass Baby Grand.

Once we have the mixes worked out I will post the tracks here and on myspace.
